Frequently Asked Questions

Is OrthoWell a concierge?

No. OrthoWell is a membership. We will still bill your insurance for visits. And you will be responsible for co-pays as well as the fees associated with physical therapy, MRI’s, personal training, and all wellness services.

How long is the membership?

OrthoWell is an annual membership. It can be discontinued and renewed at the completion of the year.

What are the fees for OrthoWell membership?

We offer single, couple, and family membership plans. Please contact (239) 260-4579 or patrick@orthowellmembership.com with questions regarding the fees and plan that is best for you.

What is the benefit of being an OrthoWell member?

OrthoWell membership provides you with access to our entire wellness and recovery network. You will have direct access to Dr. Joyner and 24/7 access to his services. OrthoWell ensures you only see Dr. Joyner in the office unless it is an absolute emergency. OrthoWell membership means no more front desk check-in or delays in seeing the doctor. You are always a phone call away from Dr. Joyner and his wellness team. OrthoWell membership means Dr. Joyner will spearhead all of your orthopedic and musculoskeletal care whether you are in the office, with your personal trainer, in the emergency room, or out of town.

Does OrthoWell provide primary care services?

No. OrthoWell is not a substitute for your primary care physician. We are here to be the hub for all your musculoskeletal care and will assume all those wellness responsibilities. But should you have any primary care concerns or other medical concerns you will need to speak with your medical doctor.

Do I still have access to Dr. Joyner if I am not a part of the OrthoWell membership?

Yes. Dr. Joyner is always here to help you with your orthopedic concerns and to serve his hometown and community. However, you will not have direct access to Dr. Joyner outside of the office, nor receive expeditious scheduling. You will always receive the utmost in orthopedic care, but you will not have access to the benefits of OrthoWell.
